Wear comfortable clothes, ideally layers so that you can stay warm at the end of the class.  Just make sure you can move easily.

CAN I EAT BEFORE CLASS?

Though exercise is best done on an empty stomach, you should try to eat something light an hour or two before doing a yoga class.
This will keep your energy levels up and your blood sugar levels on an even keel.

WHERE I CAN CHANGE CLOTHING?

WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?

We have a changing room with cubicles and storage for your belongings which will be locked before class begins.

We ask everyone to arrive 10-15 minutes before class to sign in at reception and get settled on your mat before class.  Doors will be closed 5 minutes before class begins.
