9.30-10.30am Yin Yoga with Louise Windsor - Create Yourself From 2nd Nov.
A morning Yoga class of dynamic movement into slow still poses aiming to leave you feeling balanced, clear, and centred for the day ahead. Louise brings in philosophy, Chinese medicine, meditation and breath work into her classes, nourishing body, mind and spirit. This class is suitable for all levels.

11.00am-12pm Pre-school ballet with Tracey Harman-Stewart
Pre School Ballet classes for children aged from 2 – 4years. Introducing the basics of ballet within a fun environment. We use classic children’s songs, scarves, pom poms, and our very own dancing bears. Encouraging the use of children’s imaginations and independence.
£6 pay as you go or paid half termly (works out at £5 per class) Free trial offered initially.

6-7pm Nikki Timney - Mona Yoga
Strong Flow Yoga
A strengthening yoga class centred around building a stable body and a calm mind. Staying connected to our breath and our intuition as we flow, these classes are designed to challenge the body to move in new ways and cultivate mobility, stamina, coordination and strength. The class always ends with a lovely long relaxation to allow you to fully unwind, reconnect and let all the juices sink in.
8-9.15pm Hannah Shutt - Heart Centred Yoga
Heart Centred Hatha Flow Yoga classes are deeply meditative, nurturing and flowing practices designed to open the body, mind and heart, release physical and emotional tension, build core strength and resilience, cultivate balance and flexibility, and promote deep relaxation.
