This postnatal mum and baby yoga class is a great way to gently rebuild strength at your own pace whilst learning relaxation techniques, bonding with your baby and meeting other mums, and is suitable for babies up to crawling age!
The class is taught by me, Emily, and I’m a new mum myself! After a strange pregnancy and/or maternity leave for us all during the pandemic, I’m excited to be able to start teaching face to face again and build a community for mums in the area.

'Bring your preschooler yoga' is suitable for Preschool age children aged 1-5 years old. This yoga class aims to build strength and flexibility in adults but is fun for all the family. The class includes games, songs and child friendly poses so that you and your child can enjoy the benefits of yoga together.

13.00 – 14.00pm Lauren Moss- Affordable Yoga 'Bring your Baby' Yoga Designed with post-birth rehabilitation in mind, but all parents welcome. Suitable for babies 6+ weeks & mothers 6+ weeks postpartum or 8+ weeks post c-section.
A yoga class that’s mainly aimed at strengthening the postnatal body, but suitable for all types of parents! The class includes games, songs and baby-friendly poses, so that you and your baby can enjoy the benefits of yoga together.

Class Description: Vinyasa Flow
An invigorating class, suitable for all levels and perfect for those wanting a faster paced practice to challenge the body and balance the mind. Focusing on using conscious breath awareness to weave classical yoga postures into creative flows. A soothing cocktail of movement, meditation and breath practices to build strength in the body and revitalise the entire system.
